BANDHAVGARH PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE

Destinations : Delhi – Jabalpur – Bandhavgarh – Khajuraho – Delhi

Day 01 :Arrive Delhi
Upon arriving at Delhi International Airport, you will be greeted by our company representative and transferred to the hotel. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 02 : Delhi – Jabalpur – Bandhavgarh
Morning transfer to the airport to connect the flight for Jabalpur. Upon arrival at Jabalpur airport meet with our representative and drive to the Bandhavgarh National Park. You will arrive at the resort by the lunchtime. After having lunch, there will be a free time to discuss with your naturalist for the ongoing jungle safari. Overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day 03 to Day 06: Bandhvgarh National Park
We will have 5 consecutive days in Bandhavgarh National Park to enjoy the successful photo safari. For the same, we will enter the national park twice in a day for its morning & afternoon game sighting. Bandhavgarh National park is surrounded by Vindhya hills with an area of 437 sq Km and was declared a national park in the year 1968, with an area of 105 km². Today the park comprises four major Zone – Tala, Magadhi, Khitauli & Panpatha, where Tala is the richest one in terms of biodiversity, it holds a wide variety of inhabitants with a high density of predators like Tigers. While Bandhavgarh National Park is well known for its tiger population in India, is also home to 22 species of mammals and 250 species of birds. Leopards and sloth bears are among the rarely found mammals. The other mammals include as spotted deer, samba, Langur, Red-faced Monkeys, Jungle Cats, Bengal Fox, Mongoose, Striped Hyena, Bandicoot Rat, Asiatic Jackal, Wild Boars, Nilgai, Chausingha, Chinkara, Indian Bison and Elephants etc. The forest of Bandhavgarh National park is mostly sparse and dry with a large area of woodland.

Day 07 :Bandhavgarh
Today in the morning, we will enjoy a nature photo safari visiting the village, the mountains, dams and we will also visit the place where the elephants are kept. Later, we will return to the resort for lunch. After lunch, we visit Bandhavgarh Fort. The Fort is situated within the centre of Bandhavgarh National Park & surrounded by a number of hills. The highest hill is about 811 mt high from the sea level and from here one may have the best view of the Bandhavgarh National Park. It is believed that the fort was constructed, to be some 2,000 years old. According to legends the Fort was built by Lord Rama for his brother Laxman. Here you will see a number of manmade caves with inscription & carving on it which date back to 129-168 A.D. In the evening, return back to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 08 :Bandhavgarh – Khajuraho Today after breakfast we will drive to Khajuraho, best known for temple architecture in India because of their uniqueness. The architectural grandeur of these temples own the prestigious status of UNESCO World Heritage Site and it also counts within the Seven Wonders of India. Upon arrival check into the hotel. After fresh-n-up we will explore the medieval temples of Khajuraho visiting its western and eastern group of temples.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 09 :Khajuraho – Delhi
Transfer to the airport to board the flight for Delhi. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Rest of the day will be for leisure. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 10 : Delhi – Departure
Transfer to the airport on time to board the flight for your onward destination.
